Privacy Policy
Visitors
The only personal information collected by this website is data entered into our contact forms if you choose to make contact with us. We then collect your name and email address, plus any other information you include in your message to us. The information is then sent to the recipient (Chairman or Secretary) in an email. Your personal information is not retained on our website. It will be processed by us for the purpose of replying to you.
We will not sell your data nor pass it on to third parties.
Club Members
Login Details
The website stores your username, name and email address as part of your user data.
Your name is stored to welcome you to the website by name and so that website administrators can easily identify user records. Your email address is stored to allow you to receive password reset messages, and to allow access to the club mailing list. You can only post to the mailing list from the email address linked to your website username. Messages from the mailing list will be sent to the same address.
You can change your name, password and email address by visiting your profile page (accessed from the Logout menu). To change your username, please contact a website administrator.
Contact Details
Your contact details are stored on the website and accessible to other registered users (i.e., club members).
Contact details typically include name, callsign, address, phone numbers and email address. You can edit your contact details by clicking on the Edit link next to your details in the Club Members list (accessed from the Contacts menu). Please ensure that the email address in your contact details matches the one in your user profile to avoid confusion.
Public contact details (Chairman and Secretary) only include name, callsign and home town. The only contact method is via the website form.
